From Pause to Possibility: A Sacred Journey
From the moment I first stood before Renaissance paintings and felt their overwhelming spiritual richness, I knew my path was to share that sense of awe and reverence through my art. Yet, caring for my father and then my mother during their final journeys placed my art on pause, holding space for a different kind of devotion.
I soon found myself returning to my creative roots, with fresh inspiration. Exploring and experimenting in new media, particularly sculpting from wood, felt like a natural evolution. As my work transforms and grows, I continue to pray that it may serve as a vessel for the sacred, reflecting that same depth of grace and wonder that first inspired me.
