This mixed media sculpture on wood and metal, titled “Miracle,” is a reverent tribute to the sacred phrase “Holy, Holy, Holy.” Nine celestial figures, each holding a gold staff, stand upon a row of 24 crosses, symbolizing the eternal worship of the 24 elders in heaven. Beneath their feet, a vine of gold winds across a brass sheet, with blue jewels blossoming from it, representing divine growth and beauty. Etched below, the words “Holy, Holy, Holy” are inscribed repeatedly, grounding the piece in a foundation of holiness.
On each side of the sculpture, tree roots hold the brass sheet in place, while a radiant tree made of brass nails captures the light and healing presence of the Holy Spirit. The back of the piece is adorned with branches, inspired by the Psalmist’s words: “The voice of the Lord strips the forest bare,” symbolizing the sacred power of His voice. Layers of golden tones cover the top, adding a final touch of reverence. This work invites reflection on divine worship, the mystery of holiness, and the enduring beauty nurtured by faith.
